Here at Barberry Health Center, personal training sessions are all about you! We have flexible packages to ensure you get the most from your budget. Schedule 30 minute - 60 minute sessions, based on your calendar. Our focus is to ensure you get a safe, fun and effective workout. The workouts are new and different each time to keep you engaged. No more monotonous workouts! You'll get a combination of:
